The group has established R&D centers covering engines, oil cylinders, financial security, police and civilian firearms, and grinding machine products.
The group has established an R&D center at its company in Leipzig, Germany, with an overseas R&D team composed of more than 30 German technicians, specializing in the R&D of machine tools.
The group's "Wuxi Grinding Machine Research Institute" is a Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Academician Workstation, Jiangsu Provincial Precision Grinding Engineering Research Center, and Machinery Industry Bearing Precision Grinding Equipment Engineering Research Center. The group currently has over 300 engineering and technical personnel, among whom 90% hold a bachelor's degree or above (including postgraduate degrees), and more than 75% are senior engineers or engineers. The group has obtained 215 national patent authorizations, including 48 invention patents. Currently, the group is participating in 4 national major science and technology projects and 1 national science and technology support program project.
