Formerly known as the state-owned Xinsu machinery factory, it was established in 1965 in Guangde, Anhui and affiliated to Jiangsu national defense industry office. The original factory code is 971. The main products were model-56,7.62mm semi-automatic rifle and model-64, 7.62mm pistol. In 1987, the whole company moved to Wuxi. In 2001, it was restructured into a private enterprise. Founded in 2011, the group now has eight holding subsidiaries, covers a total area of 380,000 square meters, and has more than 1,200 employees. The products include hydraulic parts, sheet metal stamping, civil guns, ATM safes, auto parts, military and police light weapons equipment, all kinds of grinding machines and electric spindles, etc.
